Start with me for a Delicious & Saliva-drooling Choc-cream Pie!

Ingredients required:

For Crust:
2 cups of vanilla wafer crumbs (about 45 wafers)
3/4 stick or 6 tablespoons of unsalted butter, melted
1/3 cup of sugar

For Fillings:
5 ounces of fine-quality bittersweet chocolate, all chopped
4 ounces of unsweetened chocolate, all chopped
1 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of cornstarch
3/4 teaspoon of salt
6 large egg yolks
4 x 1/2 cups of milk
3 tablespoons of unsalted butter, cut into bits and softened
1 x 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla powder or syrup
1 cup well-chilled of heavy cream
1x 1/2 tablespoons of sugar, or to taste
Some grated bittersweet chocolate for garnishing purposes

Directions for cooking:

Make the Crust:
Preheat oven to 350°F. In a bowl stir together crumbs, butter, and sugar and press on bottom and side of a 10-inch (1 1/2-quart) pie plate. Bake crust in middle of oven until crisp, 15 to 20 minutes, and cool on a rack.

Make the Fillings:
In a metal bowl set over barely simmering water melt chocolates, stirring, until smooth and remove bowl from heat. In a heavy saucepan (about 3 quarts) whisk together sugar, cornstarch, salt, and egg yolks until combined well and add milk in a stream, whisking. Bring milk mixture to a boil over moderate heat, whisking, and simmer, whisking, until thick, about 1 minute. Force custard through a fine sieve into a bowl and whisk in melted chocolate, butter, and vanilla until smooth. Cover surface of filling with plastic wrap and cool completely.

Then pour filling into crust and chill pie, covered, at least 6 hours or overnight.

In a bowl with an electric mixer beat cream to soft peaks. Beat in sugar and beat cream just to stiff peaks.

Spoon some whipped cream decoratively onto pie and sprinkle with grated bittersweet chocolate.

INGREDIENTS
3/4 cup white sugar
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups milk
2 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate
3 egg yolks
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (9 inch) pie shell, baked
DIRECTIONS
Combine sugar, flour, milk, and chopped up chocolate in 2 quart saucepan. Stirring constantly, cook over medium heat until mixture begins to bubble. Continue stirring for 2 minutes.
Mix a little of the hot mixture into the egg yolks, beating rapidly to avoid cooking the yolks. Stir the warm yolk mixture into the remainder of the chocolate mixture, and cook for an additional 90 seconds. Remove from heat, and stir in butter or margarine and vanilla. Pour filling into pie shell, and chill until set. Top with whipped topping, and a little grated chocolate.
