Does anyone have a real good baby back ribs recipe...

If you've got the grill for it (one with a lid that closes to trap the heat and moisture in), try Memphis dry rub. There's a good recipe at the URL linked to below...try to use real hickory wood if it's available to you, or at least some hickory chips soaked in water. I've had these in Memphis, and really loved them.

sprinkle the ribs with seasoned salt like that Rawl's stuff. wrap in foil Then slow cook the ribs in the oven fo r4 to 6 hours on 200-225 deegrees really low, then when you are going to eat throw the barbeque sauce on it and throw it over the grill for a few minutes on each side to get that smoky flavor and blacken it a little , the meat will just fall off the bone. this is how I saw it done in the south at one of them rib joints
