Definitely the Philippines. There is no place like home. Thailand might be beautiful but it is only superficial. Most Thailanders study here in the Philippines because they find education cheaper & better here. Most Thailanders work here in the Philippines.
Europeans, Americans, Asians prefer to live here! Europeans love the sun.
Boracay is famous among foreigners like Palawan.

Thailand has a beautiful island which is Phuket while Philippines has nothing. Just think, why people of Philippines rather migrate to Singapore and Malaysia?

Make it Philippines mainly because almost everyone speaks and understands English not that Thailand doesn't but because of the literacy rate and the school standards, Filipinos speaks English well. It is also rich in cultural history and beautiful people.

I stay in Thailand and performance to say that PPI women seem truly such as Thai - and those I actually have met, many are attractive and quite too - - yet i'd might want to bypass with the inner glow that comes from the Buddhist upbringing, Thai are a lot less lower than pressure and fairly mild of heart - and that helps yet i imagine each and every position has truly captivating women -

PHILIPPINES! (next to hongkong and china) though thailand is amazing.
i've been to asia for 15 times and philippines beaches are soooooo wonderful! Boracay can beat all. even better compared to some beaches in Australia. if you want clubbing, shopping and all kind of fine restaurants, Manila has everything on that same with bangkok. Manila don't have beaches but you need to book a flight outside to see more of the philippins. visit cebu, it's like manila. beautiful! when i was in the philippines, so many foreigners same with Thailand but thailand has more. Philippines always have bad news on tv so foreigners get scared to visit that country but i did and i don't regret! i agree on the english speaking category, filipinos are easier to understand. they love foreigners there. what i like most in thailand is the temples because i'm a fan of temples but it is true that cebu can compete with that they have in thailand...

Its where you can find most of the world's best beach resorts, eco-parks, historical sites, friendly people, great culture (a combination of eastern and western), and everything that's MORE THAN THE USUAL!

Philippines is beautiful, if you see the summer capital which is Baguio City you would love to stay and live there, the temperature is just perfect, the rice terraces is beautiful, mountains where amazing.

Philippines. We have a lot of very best find whitesands beaches and great coral reefs here. A lot of activities that you can enjoy with like diving, snorkeling, trekking, surfing, night life, restaurants, etc.
