Keep going to the gym. Make sure you're doing an hour and that you sweat. If you're just prancing about on a cross trainer for a bit you're not going to be burning many calories. Cut out sugar and junk food completely. Don't worry so much about the calorie content of your food but watch the fat content. Try to eat no more than 20 grams of fat per day. Drink plenty of water.

You go to the gym 4times a week? Bit obsessive maybe?! You sound an ok weight for your height, but if you go the gym that often, aren't you now just putting muscle on instead of losing the flab?

why, your the average weight for your size.
just eat healthily, no JUNK food or drink.
run a couple miles a day, exercise 4 times a day.
loose about 8lbs for 2 weeks.

MY HUSBAND LOST A STONE IN TWO WEEKS, HE REPLACED TWO MEALS A DAY , BREAKFAST AND LUNCH WITH SLIMFAST MILKSHAKES, HE HAS YOGURT AND FRUIT AND CEREAL BARS AS SNACKS,AND A PROPER MEAL AT NIGHT, NOTHING FRIED THOUGH, TESCO DO THERE OWN SLIMFAST AND IT IS HALF THE PRICE OF THE BRAND ONES, IT WORKS JUST THE SAME, GOOD LUCK.
