is it cosidered somehow sinful or blasphemous to pray to a god and ask it to take your life away ?
and i do not mean terminal ill or people near death suffering in agony.

It's not sinful or blasphemous. As you pray he already knows the reasons as to why you are asking Him to take your life away. And He usually never does grant you that wish. He gets concerned and watches over you, wanting you to succeed and come out of your hardship the best way you can. After all He is your first parent even before it was decided that you have to be here on earth. You have a certain amount of hardships (it is never the same for each man or woman) to face in life and facing them and transcending them and getting old and meeting with your death however naturally it comes to you is the best way to go. Don't ever give up. Never take your life even if it gets that desperate. It will only set you back in so many ways and reaching God will be delayed. Don't ask God to take your life. Ask Him to give you the courage and be with you instead.

God doesn't look at prayers he listens to prayers and answers them. Praying to God is another way of saying your ‘having a chat to God’. If you are that upset or annoyed that you want your life taken away you should talk to God (have a chat with him!) He is the only fair judge and he is the only one that knows your true heart. I dislike being told this because it sounds corny but it is completely true that God has a plan for every one. God Bless.

You can ask all you want but just be prepared if God says: No.
Live your life and seek happiness. If you are not happy, leave where you are and go somewhere else. Pray to God to make your life happy and worth living. Don't pray for death.

what ever is making u pray that prayer i believe God can change the situation round then u can pray for forgiveness and He will forgive you.

You can ask but the answer will probably be no. There is a time and season for everything, yours has not come. Wait it out, you will be glad you did!
