Well all vegetables and fruit, particularly celery which actually uses more calories to digest than is actually in the celery to begin with, same with cucumber i believe.
Low calorie lunches that I use are things like heinz vegetable or spring vegetable soup, which are only like 190 calories for the whole tin, add one slice of wholemeal bread (i dont like it much but its alright with soup!!) and you have a nice filling lunch for 300 calories, which is great!! Thing to remember is to avoid sugar (I've dropped from 2 to 1 in my tea) alcohol, too much caffeine, fatty foods, ie cheese, mayo. Also drink a lot of water! Helps flush you out.
You can buy detox tablets on the internet or from boots however I used BIOFIRM

They are a little pricey but they do work, I've done 3 weeks so far, and lost 3 pounds a week all the time i've taken them. Obviously u have to follow a reasonable diet!
Now when it comes to exercise, I have found that when I go out walking, (i have a dog, and plus i dont have a car anyway at the moment) I walk twice as fast as I used to, simply because, to burn fat, the heart has to beat faster, so you have to be out of breath by the time you've finished! Failing that I'm getting a cheap treadmill from argos, so i can do it when i'm watching tv!
A skipping rope is also another EXCELLENT way of increasing your heart rate.
Anything that increases your heart rate for 30 minutes or more, will burn fat.
More low calorie foods:
Fish (non oily ones, EG. cod in butter sauce)
Fruit and veg
Soups *(they varie per tin, but generally, potato and leek, or veg soup, also are more filling!)
Salad in your sandwiches (using wholemeal bread.)
Basically, it doesn't take long to look on the back of packaging when ur making a meal, to find out how much calories they contain.
What got me started, (and I lost 1 stone 7 pounds in 4 weeks)
was this:
a woman on average has a recommended allowance of 2000 calories a day.
I simply cut it down to 1500
300 for breakfast (2 pieces of toast, or bowl of ceral and piece of fruit)
between 4-500 for lunch.
and 1200 for dinner, and I found that actually it was really easy and people over eat quite a bit to get 2000 calories!
Hope this helps, good luck!

I find that fruit, veggies, rice cakes with salsa, whole grain bars, and freeze dried fruits are great for snacks. They are pretty low in calories. If you don't have a gym membership you can just go briskly walk in a park or bike on a trail. Make sure you reach your target heart rate. (Probably at least 140-160 bpm). Cardio burns fat. Weight training on the other hand helps you develop more muscle. More muscles equals more calories burned when you're doing everyday things or exercise. (As women we are not genetically programmed to bulk up so dont worry. That's why men lose weight faster because they have more muscle.) You could do crunches to try to make your abs stronger to burn more calories. Though it won't guarantee that you will just lose the stomach fat. You can also "train" your stomach too. By sitting up straight and sucking in your stomach every time you remember to, you can train it to stay flat. (Plus your stomach wont seem so rounded when you dont slouch over.)
My personal experience: I have a gym membership. So i do cardio (walking or running) 2 days and weight training 2 days. (I should walk everyday but i work 7 days a week.) You've just got to keep moving when you're not doing exercise. I keep a journal of what i eat everyday with the amount of calories in each food item. I aim for 1200 calories a day. Take a multivitamin with food and drink plenty of water. So far i've lost over 60 lbs. My peak weight was 289. I started to watch what i eat since March 2006 but I was only losing about a pound a week until August. Since August i exercised more and reduced my calorie intake to 1200-1400 calories. So monthly loss is an average of 10-12 lbs. I dont know how much you weigh or how tall you are. But to start off you can just cut down a little or just chose healthier options. Just keep moving. You can do it.

It is best to eat protein with your rabbit food. Eating vegetable will only make you hyngry every couple hours. You need something to fill you up. Also you can eat complex carbs. The only thing you should stay away from is white bread, doughnuts, drinks with a lot of sugar, stick to drinks that have under 20gms of carbs. And do not go to fast food places they have a lot of extra grease and unuseful calories. Try going to a gym too. That might help.

Hi,
I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).
I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they're running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I'm going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)

If perhaps it's a fruit it includes seeds, otherwise it's a vegetable. And vegetables are usually grown in the ground while fruits are grown in trees.
