The longest run between two *underground* stations is between Finsbury Park and Seven Sisters on the Victoria Line.

The longest distance between two stations is from Farringdon to Kings Cross on the Circle/Metropolitan/H&C/Thameslink lines however this is cut-and-cover tunnelling and not tube. The longest tunnel between open spaces is Morden to East Finchley on the Northern Line via the City Branch. This was the longest vehicular tunnel in the world for around 80 years. This information may be different now.

The longest continuous tube tunnel is on the Northern Line between East Finchley and Morden via Bank. The tunnel is 27.8Km in length.

There are longer railway tunnels, but NOT of tube construction

Depends where you live in London to be honest as if you live in South London (like I do) then Gatwick is closest. If you mean to the centre of London then Heathrow as it is 15 minutes on the Heathrow Express train from Paddington Station. However Paddington is not very central and you will probably need to get a bus (No. 15), black cab or tube to get there. The Gatwick Express takes 40 minutes on the train from Victoria. Luton Airport is an hour away from King's Cross Station - Thameslink train to Luton airport and then wait for the shuttle bus to the airport. Stansted airport is the furthest. You have to get to Liverpool Street station and get the train - there is one roughly every half an hour and it takes 45 minutes. Most budget airlines fly from Luton or from Stansted. BA fly from Gatwick and Heathrow.
