i need to know where i can find a cruise ship in singapore which is for rent for a launch of a company here in dubai for three days.

Depends on the ship it takes about one week to reach Dubai, not counting the negotiations, paperwork, advance payments. Depending on number of people, you can charter a yacht (there are big yachts complete with crews). Check with your local marina people.
