Best Man escorts Maid/Matron of Honor.
If you are having both a Maid and a Matron of Honor then the best man should escort one on each arm.

It is still the Best Man...unless you only have 1 Best Man and then a Maid of Honor and a Matron of Honor...then a Groomsman will escort the Maid of Honor and the Best Man will escort the Matron of Honor.

There isn't really a name. The maid of honor is the maid of honor, and the best man is the best man, and the matron of honor is the matron of honor. Who they escort in no affects what role they play in the wedding.
The best man is not the best man because he's escorting the maid of honor.

The Matron of Honour goes with the Best Man. The Matron part just means she is married, as opposed to a Maid of Honour, who would be unmarried.
