Set your alarm early and make sure you get up early in the morning.
You'll be tired during the day and want to go to sleep earlier,

keep getting up early regularly, until your body adjusts.

I feel your pain. There are times that I wake up early in the morning, don't take a nap during the day, and still can't get my mind to shut down. Some people don't need that much sleep. So if it isn't interfering in your life, then there should be no problem. I found that reading a boring book at about 10:00, makes me sleepy and I am asleep by about 11:00. It depends on you. Try waking up really early, no naps, and maybe you will go to sleep. If you feel you need further help, see a doc and get some meds. Good luck! :)

I have that same problem too!!! No matter how hard i try, i usu end up goin to bed at 2am or 3am. Was up until 3.30am last night. I keep thinking, i'll soon be off to bed now soon as i'm done with this & b4 i know it, its an odd hour of the morning. My saving Grace is of course that i always wake up early no matter how late i go to bed but i am weary during the day which means i nap in the afternoon & end up sleeping late!

Wish I could help you but I stay up late too. The best thing is to work out and eat on schedule never too late. By the time you get home you are exhausted.

Dr I don't want you to stress about sleep . If you are active and solving challenges all day it matters not. Once you have found a good lover you will go on his schedule.

first dont sleep more than 8 hours a day. then start going to bed at a normal hour. to help you adjust use melatonin a natural sleep aid. then stop after you have achieved desired schedule.

get a job that require you to be there 530 am for breakfast setup, I use too once, now iam a late night person

sleep as much as u can ....n u wil never gget these days for sleeping....wel if u sleep a lot..then finally u wil wake up..try sleepin early..n u knw finally off ur A.C. or fan as soon as in morning....
see sleep on today nite n sleep till day after tommrw mrng..u definitely wake up early....
