Hmm 'Billy' seems to me you are full of **** and think it's funny to post stupid questions. You do realize people can read the other questions you have posted, right?

legally, since you're not married, she has all rights to the baby, unless you can prove that she's an unfit parent, and her mom will be unfit as well. Having a felony and not working doesn't look so good. Basically, you're going to have to prove that you'll be able to provide a better quality of life for the baby than they can.

Helllooooooooo! You wrote "The kid needs a father". Don't you think the baby needs it's mother as well, if not more? Why dont you get off your ar$e, get a job and supply for your baby! Since you are not married you can not force her to give her the baby to you!

You sound like an arsewipe. Glad your not my ex.

No. The court has no jurisdiction over a fetus.

Just file a paternity suit and start there. GOOD LUCK. Felony could matter, you didn't say for what.

Does it matter that you can't spell? Theres this great little blue "Check Spelling" thing that yahoo has......use it.

The only way you are getting that baby is if you can prove she is an unfit mother, or she signs over parental rights to you.
