If it's a light "baby blue" it's probably a United Nations beret.

Soldiers do not wear light blue berets. They are either tan, maroon, green, or black. The person you saw was probably representing the UN.

yes, United Nations Beret (as d0c3nt just before me said). I work in Ramstein Air Force base in Germany and our gate security personnel wear those. So give the vote to d0c3nt.

well he obviously is not in the Army since the Army only has black beret's (standard issue) red beret (for those that serve in the 101st airborne) tan (rangers) green (green berets) probablily air force or another country

as others have said it is a un beret. any soilder from any country assigned to a un peace keeping force wears one with a un brassard to denote his affiliation.

United Nations are preparing for martial law take over in United States. They take a oath to fire on Americans whom do not bow down to new world order. it is a false peace. false new system of things having nothing to do with our constitution. United States is no longer free. all U.S.A soldiers listen your commander in Chief is against America and wants you to turn on American Citizens. That is why UN soldiers are here for anyone of you who dont they have un soldiers to do the dirty work.
