you have to come to a very deep meditation state focusing on the place you desire to go.
i suggest, that if you really want to do it, do some web research and read all the options there are to do this, stick to the one you find more suitable for you and follow the steps.....
for my experience i can tell you it is easier than most think.

Check out 'astral projection' on wikipedia....they've very detailed information along with a bunch of references....was a very interesting read. Didnt put up the article here, coz its reallllly long.

I have the Gift from God. I go to UK from India where I am and see my wife whenever I want I just sit and concentrate on my home and I am there

it takes a lot of concentration and meditation, and you have to study this with people and its all just a highly advanced state of mind
