SMART!

I remember telling my mother that I wanted 2 kids by the time I turned 30 without feeling like I had to be married. I almost made it too but ran into the man I married when I was 27. Shortly after this wedding, I realized I should have stayed with the original plan. Now I am divorced and happily dating a great guy who doesn't push for marriage. Marriage is living together but with a piece of paper and a new name.

if she has never been married then she is really a smart lady...
but i think she should marry now......
the reason being, she has already experienced all her life and now the marriage might bring some new flavors to her life.

career minded and not afraid of being alone. i've never been married and i'm approaching mid 30's, and it doesn't bother me. i don't want to settle for less and unless that someone comes along whom i think i can be with, marriage? forget it!

yes, i have to go with SMART

i see all these girls under 25 getting married... i guess they want to throw their life away forever or something, i think it's insanity. it's not as if premarital sex or cohabitation is evil or even frowned upon anymore, so why jump into marriage with some guy you probably don't even know?

No, she probably isn't. At least there is no way to know based solely on age. There are too many other variables like career, parents, mental & physical barriers, and so on.

she is an independent strong woman who doesn't need a man to define who she is. That doesn't mean she will be alone for ever. it just means she is confident to be on her own.
I applaud her
