Find first your body size...
To get your BODY SIZE....
place a tape measure around the rib cage, directly under the bottom bra edge.
If the undergarment is an even number, add four inches.
Example: 28'' + 4'' = body size of 32''
If the measurement is an odd number, addfive inches.
Example: 29'' + 5'' = body size 34''
To get cup size....
Measure the fullest part of your bust, making sure that the tape is loose enough for a little movement around the breast area.

Finding your bra size is extra fun because you get to figure out two components...
Your band size and your cup size.
Go grab a tape measure cause you'll need it! ;)
Fitting Your Band Size
Standing in front of a mirror, wrap your tape measure snugly around your chest, just under or at the crease beneath your breasts and flush against your back. Check in the mirror to make sure the tape measure is parallel to the floor and flat across your back. You may need a friend or partner to help. Record this measurement in inches and write it down. Now you’ll need to do some basic math to find your proper band size.
If the number is even, add 4 to get your Band Size
If the number is odd, add 5 to get your Band Size
Example: If you wrote down 32, add 4 and your band size will be 36.
Fitting Your Cup Size
Now, standing in front of the mirror as before, wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your breasts (at the nipple). The tape measure should be straight, parallel to the floor and flat across your back. Record this measurement in inches and write it down. Take this number and subtract your Band Size measurement from it. The difference will tell you what your cup size is.
Example: If your Band measurement is 38, and your new measurement, from the fullest part of your breast is 35, the difference is 3, and your cup size is “C”.
Here's the table for finding your cup size:
1" your cup size is A
2" your cup size is B
3" your cup size is C
4" your cup size is D
5" your cup size is DD (European E)
6" your cup size is DDD (European F)
7" your cup size is F (European G)

Either go to a department shop and get measure in their ladies underwear section or you can do it yourself
How to measure yourself...
1. To find your bra size
Measure in inches directly under the breasts ensuring the tape is firm and level across your back. If the number is even add 4", if odd add 5"
2. To find your cup size
Measure around the fullest part of your bust, making sure the tape is level across your back. The difference between your bra size and your full bust measurement is your cup size
