That means HP purely from the engine, no forced induction, etc!!! Naturally aspirated, or N/A.
It DOES NOT mean it's a stock car. I can have an insanely tuned car that is still all motor, but has no forced induction, which can come in many forms like air from turbo/super, or nitrous shots... etc. Tho some don't consider nitrous as violating the "all motor" rule.

It refers to the the original engin configuration a automobile came from the showroom or factory with. You can have a "all motor" car that came from the factor with a factor intake and headers. Also you could order some special equipment on some cars that would still make them all motor. Like Forced ram air, Gas coolers, Injection restructors, flow restrictors or a turbo or a twin turbo. So the term is actually not a very good term when referencing a auto. But is seems to be showing up more and more. The terms on a factor decal does not include the additional Horse Power developed by the additional equipment but only the horsepower of the raw engine thus automotive compaines have been bypassing some of the controls established to reduce the speed of automobiles.

Hello and I hope when you say "all motor" you are refering to racing. There are many options now a days in auto racing (drag racing) Turbo charging, Super charging, Nitrious injection......but when they say let's run "all motor" they mean running the engine without turbo......the super charger or a spray of nitrious into the intake system. The 2 cars / trucks run on pure engine horse power......No performance enhancements other than what the engine is capable of producing. Hope this helps! Hyway

To me, worship is putting something or someone first in your life. That is the reason people can worship their job, their money, their family, their "belly", etc. And that is reason people can give worship to those other than Jehovah. But when Jehovah is first is your life, it is to him that you pray, that you sing about, that you speak about, that you read about, that you live for, that you long for, that you look forward to listening to and about, that you seek the approval of, that you study about, that you teach about, that you reach out to. He is your other half in a spiritual relationship. And spirituality cannot be complete without that other half. The definition of worship is multi-faceted, as are the expressions of worship. We speak of "worshiping in many ways". And that is correct. I don't mean all forms of worship are acceptable. But that our worship takes on different facets or expressions. We can't sing and study at the same time. But both are worship. We can't study and pray at the same time. But both are worship. There is more, but I will stop here.
