"Foggy" picture on rear projection big screen television?

Hola,
I came across a used big screen recently. I bought it, and everything works, but the picture is pretty foggy/faded. It's a Sony Videoscope XBR (model #KP-53XBR45). Does anyone know if there's a quick/cheap/easy solution to my picture problems? It would be a great tv if the picture were better.

Sounds like it could be a convergence problem. Iam not familiar with this model, but they will usually have an auto-converge key on the control panel, or you will have to use the remote to go into the menu and enter set-up and auto converge. Anytime a large screen projection set is moved the convergence will go out. Hope this may help!
