12-15 minutes per pound at 300 degrees. believe me you want the low temp, don't go over 325

About 20 minutes per pound. A little longer if you have stuffed the turkey because the juices going into the stuffing need to boil in order to kill any salmonella.

It's really best to go by temp. I think your supposed to cook it until it's 160-180. When you check with a thometer stab into the breast so it goes in as deep as possible. avoid hitting bone.
