“When men strive together, and hurt a woman with child, so that there is a miscarriage, and yet no harm follows, the one who hurt her shall be fined, according as the woman’s husband shall lay upon; and he shall pay as the judges determine. If any harm follows, then you shall give life for life, eye for eye, tooth for tooth...“--Exodus 21:22-24

Child or mother?

If the unborn child is miscarried due to violence on the mother, the perpetrator must pay restitution.

If the mother is injured or killed due to the violence, the prepetrator must be physically punished.

I'd say this would indicate a "pro-life" God. One who holds human life dear & worthy of respect.

Actually, it is the way they interpreted the laws of god, and many of them are correct while some aren't. Jesus, inn the New Testament shows the true interpretation. That is the difference.

men had no grace in the old testament.
therefore, god handed down the laws to moses.
alot of laws in the old are the shadows of messiah.
ceremonial laws we are not supposed to follow.
I would presume that you can say god was pro choice.
look how he killed all the first-borns of Egypt.
There are verses in the old that say god knew you in the womb before you were born-pro life
God Bless

Always pro-life:

"Lo, children are an heritage of the LORD: and the fruit of the womb is his reward."
Psalm 127:3
