Vivo en los Estados Unidos, pero soy chino e alemán.
It depends on if you are a woman, in which case you would add an "a" to chines and aleman.
The upsidedown "!" and "?" can be inserted as a symbol, or you can change the format of your keyboard to a Spanish format under "Date, Time, Language, and Regional Options" in the Control panel (in windows)

Soy de los Estados Unidos, pero soy chino y alemán.
Or it's "china" and "alemana" if you're a woman.
You can switch your computer's default language to Spanish if you want upside-down question marks -- or you can cut and paste one off any Spanish-language web site.
