BPH or benign prostatic hyperplasia is an enlargement of the prostate in some men. It requires a fairly simple surgery called TURP - transurethral resection of prostate which is done by an endoscope

All me have a prostate gland. You have to be more specific as to what he is suffering from

Around that age is when men start having prostate trouble - it just happens.

The man should see a Urologist
