Here is a simple exercise:
stop reading for five minutes
and do nothing but notice when you inhale and exhale
that is all
do not think about anything
do not count on your fingers
do not use a pad of paper
simply close your eyes and be aware of your breathing
HOW LONG CAN YOU MAINTAIN THIS AWARENESS WITHOUT THINKING?
Have I ever died? - Yes, of course!

Most likely we have all died before in prior lives. When we are born, our soul forgets its past so that it can accomplish what it needs to here in this lifetime.

I have not died, but used it as a metaphor, like 'you scared me to death'!
But i believe I can die spiritually, and still be alive physically. When I say alive physically, I mean breathing alive, (you know what I mean), but spiritually death just means that you won't go to Heaven when you physically die, Note-Heaven is where you live spiritually for eternity, and Hell is the exact opposite.

No, I am still here answering questions, but I have a friend who almost drowned when she was a child and she told me some really weird stuff.

real death is final and eternal, not merely the heart stopping and being revived ;). Once you die thats it, so I supposed no one replying back to you should say "yes" :).
