If you truly want to know if there is a God?

why not just ask Him yourself? I mean when you go to bed tonight just say God I can't believe in something I dont see,will you show yourself to me in a dream or something so I can see you..Do it with your heart though,if you are really wanting to see Him..I know without a doubt He will show you,He is giving you the chance.If you want to take it..

I will do that. I have no problem with God. It is religion that makes God look bad. Thanks for the suggestion. I hope we all do it.

If god knows everything and sees each person and knows there thoughts , wishes and so on. And with his supream knowledge and power he understands that some people are praying for a vision before they will believe he exists and he knows that 95% of none believers only believe in what they can see? Then why does god not uses his extreme power and show everyone the truth. Appear on jayleno or walk around down town. He created people right so he MUST know many kind truthful , peace caring people that do not believe in his solely because they can not see him? So if he knows this why does he not just show himself in person or in a vision or make things float.

For example if I saw many random objects hover and form the words god is real??? I might believe.

I truly know that there is God , but not by asking him, because thatr does not work. You have to be spritually awake to understand him truly. I mean scientists theory 'The Big Bang" How was that caused? There was nothing but then they say some chemical reaction. If there was nothing, then how was there a chemical reaction. They leave that blank. This is because there is no 'logic' in it. They do not want to use religion, since it supernatural'.But it is spiritually logical that the Lord created us. I mean, you know the first man theory, how was he/she created? If there weren't any people to reproduce, how was there the creation of the first man. And yes, it is a proven fact that humans are created from sperm, etc. (you know), but how miraculous is the reaction?? I mean, just from cells meeting the egg, and create us, with minds, feelings, souls, and a way of life. That just proves that there are miracles, and beliefs doesn't have to be scientifically logical to be correct. But I'm not saying science stuff aren't correct, but what I'm saying is that not everything you hear about science is true. I'm really talking about theories, of how world was created, how the world end up in this way, etc. Life's meaning cannot be explained by science, but by religion it can. Science does bring hope, but you may never know if its false. I mean, we are changing science theories, and laws everyday, while the Bible's word stays the same.

Little Warrior while I respect your attempt to share God with all and your enormous faith. Usually it takes a little more seeking God before revelation and the sign was the sign of Jonah which was the resurrection of Christ. God does reveal himself to those who have value in him and seek him with all of their heart and to those he does make himself known and real but how much time will someone seek who has no value in these things?Seeking God with all of your heart is usually not an overnight thing. None the less I wish this cause well and will be praying in Jesus holy name for each who agrees to seek God.May God bless you all.

God, if you are there then all I require is some reasonable, substantial, proof of your existence. As you know I am very open minded and am willing to accept new ideas when they make sense. Just give me something that works for me - you must know what that would take.

well...i am just wondering...do u always believe what u can see only? if so,then why would we believe there is an air,or sound or anything else we cannot see...i guess we dont see air or sound however we can feel it... same for God, u cannot see with ur eyes right now,only in heaven, but u know He is there for u all the time :)

If I did that and found that my path, a pagan one was right for me, what does that mean?

I tried praying to the Christian god for many many years and learned only that there was no connection. I've found the Goddess AND the God. I've found life.

I'm wondering now how many thumbs-down I'll get for simply having a different religion....

i like that , asking God to reveal himself to you! however God has already done it , love you , shown you his grace and moreso shown himself to you, what about the time when you have asked him to rescue you, said it quickly without a thought and there and then you get a break through i belief God is real, i have see his grace a favour and i mean people healed ,changed and renewed Amen to that !

I experienced it for myself the first time I looked for him, He revealed himself to me in such a way that there was no mistake that he is very real and able to be in touch with all of us.
