I live in the US but had the great pleasure of working in the UK (Cambridge) for a month and a half a while back. I usually don't eat breakfast unless it's a weekend and I sleep late so by the time I get up, it's lunchtime.
My hotel had something called the "Fenman's Brunch" on the menu. A big slab of gammon, some taters and usually three little onions. Those little onions were strong enough to make me cry but they were so good I had to keep ordering the plate. A few bottles of dry cider would be the start of a wonderful day. A day which usually eased to an wonderful end at one of the curry houses followed by a pub or two but that's another story.
Also, since then, any tea weaker than English Breakfast just seems like warm tap water.

The common cereal and milk, but I also enjoy ham with scrambled eggs or with grilled tomatoes; and another one is porridge, lovely! And a cup of tea with a drop of milk. And I'm not English!!!
