Yes.
If a female comes into season, regardless of age, she can become pregnant. A while back, a 5-month-old female owned by an aquaintance delivered pups. She had been kenneled with two of her littermate brothers, with the owner never thinking she could come into season before at least 4 months. He started watching her for signs at this age...which was already too late.
If your pup is in season, keep her away from all males, at all times. And please remember, the girls want 'action' as much as the boys. She will try to get to a male almost as hard as he will try to get to her. Keep your eye on her at all times!
Issuing the standard hope here...get her spayed as soon as your vet recommends after this season passes.

If she comes into heat. That's the worse thing you can do is to breed your dog on the first heat. You should wait till the second and ideally have her spayed after the first season.
