I like em deviled!
I also like em scrambled w/ green onion and a slice of American cheese. yum!
I also like to smash up a couple of hot boiled eggs and shake on some salt and pepper, eat it up!
I also like a hard fried egg sandwich on white w/ mayo

If you've never had farm fresh eggs, like real farm fresh, the ones that are still a little dirty on the outside from chicken juice, you must try them. I can never eat one of those mutant chicken ones from the grocery store.
I will eat quality eggs over medium
I will eat other crap scrambled with something.

Love them, but high cholesterol prevents me from enjoying them as often as I would like.
I eat one egg per week. But the holiday season is upon me!
So deviled eggs (oddly enough) are my passion!
Hard boiled, deviled with mayo galore! Pickle relish is great. But deviled with mayo and bacon bits is to die for!
Omelets..........wonderful 3 egg omelets with onions, cheese, green peppers and salsa on the side......um!
I need one NOW!

I like hard-boiled eggs with salt and pepper.

over easy with Tiger sauce. Mushrooms, cream cheese, red onion and smoked salmon fill my favorite omelet. Also love classic deviled eggs, hollandaise, bearnaise,and maltaise sauces.
