I would recommend taking her to the vet to make sure she doesn't have some sort of problem with her digestive system. Try giving her plenty of toys to play with. Take the poop and place it in the littler bax. Then pick her up and put her in the litter box. If you have covered litter boxes, consider taking the covers off and trying that. If the litter boxes are in a public place try placing them in a more private location. I have heard that kitties can also get performance anxiety and thus act out. Make sure the litter boxes are nowhere near their food. Clean up VERY well after the mess. Make sure to use some kind of odor neutralizer for pet odors so the area no longer smells like poop. We had to go to great lengths to get our one kitty to stop pooping on the couch, but after disinfecting the cushion and sunning it, and rinsing it, and repeating a few times, we have finally broken her of the habit. Try to be patient too, this is a whole new, very different world from where she was before. When we got our two youngest cats, they recommended closing them off in one room for a couple of weeks to keep them closer to the litter boxes and help them acclimate to the new smells and such.

Wash all towels sheets etc that he has peed or pooped on. Mop the floor and wall really good with some strong chemical's such as pinesol or w/e. Where animals pee or poop [such as on a floor] they will go there and do it again because of the scent. After you clean it and if it happens again shove his face into and throw him into the litter box! [You make him confused. He knows he use to pee in the corner but now he is being forced to pee or poop into a box. Any animal doesn't like there face being force in there stuff although they smell it]. Give him time. Some cats take longer. As the look of it, you stated he is 3 yrs. I assume you had him for a while. You should took action when you first got him [that is the case]. What may cause this? Confusing and not the proper training. Give him some time threw the process. You can even slap his back when he does it as a punshment. In the end, if this keeps on happening he may be sick. Contact your doctor is needed. Good luck!

There might be a few things that can be causing the problem. She might be use to another kind of litter so you might want to check and see. They are very picky not just with food you know. Another reason is she might not like the litter pan if it is inclosed. My kitty had a problem after awhile because it was to small for when she needed to poop. She liked to put her back feet on the ledge of the pan so her fur didn't get dirty. So by "perching" she didn't fit in the inclosed box. I also have heard that if a kitty is sick, sometimes it'll go potty elsewhere, like they don't want to bring whatever has made them sick by anything they use. Another reason is if you have their food dishes close to the pan that will cause a problem. Hope I helped.

You should get her to the vet fast. When cats don't use the litter box it could be a sign of FLUTD ... Feline Urinary Tract Disorder. With FLUTD, the litter irritates them so they don't use it. This was the situation with my cat Bogie. He would go anywhere (like on the bed!) and would lick his genitals a lot. He got so bad that He had to have surgery - actually a catheter put in to drain the urine. Good news is that once the Vet got a urine sample, they put him on a special diet and he has had no problems since - and I believe the diet is helping his overall health.
NOTE: I am not a vet, but I strongly advise you see one soon.

There are sprays that discourage cats from getting near whatever you want them to stay away from, you can get them from PetsMart. Is she stressed out or scared?? Has her diet changed, maybe she has "tummy" issues and can't help it?? Poor kitten :( Good Luck, you might also want to see her vet.

Go to your pet shop. They have several different brands of litter training aides you can spray in the litter box. The stuff actually works too.

First, get rid of two of the litter boxes. You're confusing her. Second, don't give her milk or half and half.
