I believe that if a person is approached by another who is preaching at then, and the first person in no uncertain terms explains that he's not interested, he should be allowed to sue the second person for harassment if the second person continues to preach at him.

If I had 50 cents for every time I head this complaint and had to pay 50 dollars for every time I actually saw it take place....I'd be retired.
