Ok all you love experts. I have a question for you. What would you do if you were majorly attracted to someone, but not physically. Could you marry them, even though you find them unattractive?

It depends. My bf wasnt the greatest looking guy when i met him, However, 4.5 years later we are still together and he is the cutest thing in my eyes.

I believe when you truly love someone they are attractive to you even if they are not perfect. The greatest love of my life was a guy I knew for a long time who I really liked but was not attracted to because he was over weight, when I got to know him and began to have strong feelings for him, he became very attractive to me because of how I felt about him. I can only speak from my own experience, but I think that real love see's something beyond the physical. Maybe you really care about her and think she is a great person, but deep down you are not in love, only in like. Just my opinion. either way, good luck.

Why are you attracted? Discover what that is and focus on it. Looks only go as far as the first impression. Love originates from the heart, not your pants. Looks will always change but love should not. My wife after 5 kids is 60lbs heavier and as beautiful as the day I meet her.

I say give it time. I found that with my last boyfriend i was not physically attracted to him at all really. But as time went on, i realized that i started to become attracted to him because i started to fall in love with him.

*** i think their looks would grow on u if nothing else. if you were totally head over heels for them...how could u not start to see them in a different light? i've seen guys who aren't what i'd call goodlooking by any means, but once u start getting to know them they start looking better. and if they're funny they get even better looking. now if just LIKING them can do that then how could LOVING them not do the same?

It would all depend. By unattractive, do you mean really really ugly? Or do you mean that the person is just not as good as you want them to look...

msot people are attrsvted to people for there looks when the attraction is for personality more than looks it will usually last a lot longer

from experiance i have dated people that i have not found attractive but the longer i dated them and the more i fell in love for who they where the hotter they became to me i never understood it but sometimes it happend but then again sometimes it dont but if you havent already the attractive people dont normally have he best personalities good luck i say go for it

yup...i didnt find my last boyfriend very attractive, but i loved his personality..unfortunately he was just a rebound....
