Two suggestions: 1) Get yourself a pocket mirror. Then at least you can pretend to be spying on other people and not just checking yourself out. 2) Ever consider using the side view mirrors instead of the windows? The image is a bit clearer. ; )
Edit: on the uptight girls who think you are serious...don't ask the question. I've noticed that there is always someone who misses the joke, no matter how many smiley faces and "lols" in the text. Sad but true. Also, I am not a girl, but you did make me laugh. Thanks.

Just imagine that the next car window you "check yourself out" on
has someone it it that points a gun in your "incredibly looking" face.
If you're not serious, don't ask such questions.
BTW : Why do you refer to the girls as being "uptight" about it? They're only being real.
