how can one concentrate his/her brain?

One question... have you ever been tested for ADHD? I was diagnosed as having depression and it took several years for them to discover I had ADHD as well. I started on an ADHD medication because I couldn't concentrate for anything except for the things I really enjoyed doing. If you don't want to take that route, what I did and do now is to sit in a quiet room, maybe a library and put on those headphones that you can buy in a hardware store. They're maybe $20 and they mute out almost all sound, it works like a suction cup over your ear and it doesn't hurt. Hope that helps!
