Dol Sot Bi Bim Bap

A hot stone pot encases a large helping of rice that cooks at the bottom of the pot while you devour your meal. This dish typically has at least 4-5 different kinds of cooked vegetables (shredded carrots, zucchini, spinach, bean sprouts) and is topped with broiled beef slices and a fried egg (sunny side up). The pot is always sizzling hot when it arrives on the table. Add red soybean paste to taste.

Must have;
short grain rice ( cooked )
Korean hot past ( Go Chu Jang )
Sesames seed oil.

Mixed in with;
any green leaf veg that's been bleached
(spinach is most popular )
Thinly sliced cucumber, radish, or carrot.
Sauteed sliced mushroom, onions, thin sliced beef in light veg oil, few drop of soy sauce.
Sunny side up, or over easy fried egg.

Add 1 tea spoon sesame seed oil to 1 Table spoon hot paste, mixed to soften it up before you added into rice.

The best way to make bi bim bob is when you have some left over food.
Almost all Korean restaurant serve this popular dish.
