Foods that consist of mostly OATS or other fiberous grains and _no sugar_ are the best place to start. Be careful to watch "other ingredients" closely though because usually there is a 'hidden price' to pay - someplace-. Not so with natural grains!
Just remember, NO MATTER WHAT _anyone_ says or claims........there is =no such thing as a 'free ride'=
Sorry...but I don't care if you heard it on the local news!! There is -almost- always a "GOTCHA" hidden in there someplace. The gotcha is hidden in 'other' or 'added' or 'additional' Ingredients!!
Sadly, most businesses are now depending mostly on telling people "what they =WANT= to hear and hoping the 'reasoning' part of their brain is too -lazy- to reason on its own. Simple concept, no?? ;)

it is because you are giving him cheerios. Dogs are good at manipulating humans. If he has too many cheerios, it can make him sick. Dogs prefer human food over dog food. Don't give him cheerios anymore and see the difference. Remember, eventhough he eats cheerios, dont replace it over dog food. Try giving him hoop shaped dry food for dogs. It DOES work. My puppy, isabella always ate cornflakes. I stopped and gave her flakeydog and it worked.

Apple cider vinegar is supposed to work well.
Recipe:
2 cups of grape juice
1 cup of apple juice
1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar (use organic)
Mix together and take 2 ounces before your largest meal everyday; only 2 ounces is needed for results.

Cherrios and Oatmeal work and so does adding Oat Bran to your baking. I really works and I eat Cherrios and Oatmeal routinely as a result.
