i need some good exersizes....just to tone up my body and lose a couple of pounds....i have three weeks to tone up and i need some good exersizes for the abs/stumech and the sholders and thieghs

Try crunches, kneebends and pushups. You already know how to do them and they work.

I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. well.. the first thing you should do is to warm up b4 doing an extreme work out..coz if not.. your muscles is gonna get hurt..

1. you can start by jogging.. for about 5 mins.. or how long u want to jog..it's ur decision.. note: don't sprint wen ur still starting to jog.. coz it will be hard for you to finish.. your heart needs to warm up first.. and breathe while you jog..

2. when u finished ur jog... start jumping jacks.. for 20-50 reps..

3.do seat-ups for about 20 reps.. minimum..

4. do push-ups for 20 reps minimum..

that's wat my gym teacher tells us..

or you can always go to the gym... and there will be instructors that would be happy to help...---> well.. they get paid that way..i think..

first one must crawl,then walk,and u r trying to fly.you cant get fit over night,or learn to spell.

there are none for the "stumech" sorry.

just eat alot... sit around all day long.. those pounds will pour right off.
