There are certain medical problems that can be caused by being in front of a computer for too long. for instance, the glare of the computer screen as well as the amouint of time focusing on one thing can cause headaches and blurry eyes. Also, the constant typing of the keyboard can lead to carpal tunnel syndrome. By staying in the same sitting position for hours on end can also lead to back problems. Eveyr 20 minutes or so you shoujld stand up and stretch, focus on some other thing for alittle while to give your eyes a rest and hyperextend your back...

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck. Headaches can be
caused by minor problems like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more
serious reasons like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can have harmful side
effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle. More information

That doesn't make sense. Curved screens cause more eye strain because you're looking at a curved image, but your eye strains to perceive it as flat whereas a flat screen takes less 'effort' to watch for your eyes.
