Cholesterol along with Triglycerides are the major sources of fat circulating in your blood. Both are needed - cholesterol for building strong cells, triglycerides for energy - but when either remains at high levels for long periods of time, trouble starts.
In the case of cholesterol, that trouble is clogged arteries,In the case of triglycerides, however, however, the trouble is not well - defined."If you get well technical,It is probably safe to say that triglycerides are not independently important in heart disease."
Cut the fat.to less than 30 %..Red rice and fruits should be your diet.
And keep saturated fats at less than 10 %.
Walk 8 km per day.Drink 8 glasses of water in the morning.
Good Luck.

Eat less saturated fat. Increase your daily fiber intake. Limit your amount of red meat in your diet. If you are heavy, lose a little weight. If not, your cholesterol level may be a little high because of your particular genetics.

At 6 month she can get pregnant (I've seen it happen), although it is not a good idea getting a kitten pregnant. I would take her to the vet and get her and all your other cats fixed.
