Sorry guys, hot is actually incorrect. While hot weather certainly helps to burn some calories, more than anything it just dehydrates you. Cold weather burns calories the fastest. But the weather has to be pretty cold. Shivering burns more calories than you think! It is extremely exhausting. Along with other things the body does to try and conserve heat.

It depends on how far from the normal the tempurate it is.
In very hot weather you are sweating will mad to cool yourself down plus the heat will put stress on your body making any moment a little harder.
With it being colder, you body has to raise its inner core tempurature plus it will need more fuel to do so.
