So we have ben broken up for 3 years or so...
We broke up because we were in two completely different areas of our lives at the time.
We had a good relationship and still communicate now.
How can I tell if he is interested in me now?
Or how can I try and get him interested again?

Let him know you are still interested in him. If he feels the same way, he'll let you know. In my experience, you have to be blunt with guys. Don't just act flirty and all that, he probably won't get it. Just ask him if there is still a chance for you two.

You cant have him interested in you by force.

He has to be truly in to you to be able to work it out. You said you broke up the first time because you guys were at two seperate places, right? Well are you guys in the same place now? Is he talking to you as a friend or a possibel lover? You need to ponder this and think if this is worth risking your flowering friendship. If he is interested, dont worry, Youll know.

Good luck! Best of Wishes!

Peace

If you have to TRY to get him to be interested ... there probably won't be much of a relationship.
It's been 3 years. Just be yourself. If you try and revert back to who you were when you dated before, you'll both soon come to realise that you're no longer those people and you may not like the "new and improved" versions.
Bottom line - be yourself. And if that doesn't interest him ... move on.

IF YOU HAVE NOT BEEN TOGETHER IN 3 YEARS. THERE A
GOOD CHANGE THAT HE HAS MOVED ON. BUT IF YOU STILL
TALK. THEN MAY YOU CAN START WORKING ON SOMETHING. BUT DONT PUT TO MUCH IN THIS. SOME TIME
IT BETTER TO LEAVE THE PAST WHERE IT AT.
