Yes. They are two different class of medications and they work differently. However I do recommend that you talk to your doctor if you are in so much pain that you need to take both of them.

Yes, but there is really no reason to. If you have pain, and inflammation, just go for the naproxen. Tylenol (acetometaphin) is not an anti inflammatory, its a pain reliever and fever reducer. Naproxen is a pain reliever, fever reducer AND anti inflammatory. Basically if you have inflammation, take naproxen. If not, take tylenol.

don't take tylonal neproxen is better. is much stronger bealive me naproxen is what doctor reccomend.

I think it is best to take one or the other, but not both. If you do take both, don't take the maximum suggested dosage of both. Talk to a pharmacist or your doctor.

It is better to alternate them. Do not take them together. Please read this as it will tell you the same thing. I also think you should ask your doctor.

yes they are safe to take together but you may want to space them out and see if you need the both of them
