it might be a sinus problem, or sinus infection, or ear infection, or swollen lymph nodes caused by another infection,,i suggest you see a dr, and even consider going to an emergency room, all of those symtoms combined together really dont fit into any one problem that i know of , i would be especially concerned about the numbness and dizziness

It sounds like a head cold. The dizziness and vertigo are normal as your balance is controlled by your inner ear, which is currently blocked.

I once had a pretty bad blockage that I fixed myself. Put a few drops of warmed (to body temp) olive oil in the blocked ear. Let it sit for a few minutes, then lay down with your ear to a cloth. You should see the blockage start to drain. This is a safe method to do at home. Google it and you will see how common it is.

Then take some Advil to reduce swelling (not Tylenol or Aspirin) and drink hot tea. I think you'll find that once the ear is unplugged, most of your symptoms will go away.

There is a kit in the drug store to clean the wax from your ears. I sometimes use hydrogen peroxide and let it boil out. If you have other problems though, it might be something more than just wax. Try a decongestant, sometimes that will help. Maybe, you are trying to come down with a flu bug. Use a really nice warm towel on the back of you neck for tightness. You might be better off to go to a chiroprpactor first. Good luck!

What all you have said is NOT something you want to ignore. It could be just a fluid behind the ear drum or something really major. I don't mean to scare you, but there is also a serious diease that has all of these symptons that you have listed. Please go to the doctor ASAP. This isn't something to to ignore. I am getting over something like this that I have had for two months, cause I waited to long. Get this taken care of soon.. wish you the best.

It could be ear wax build up or a bad head cold. Only a Dr. can tell for sure.
