Definitely it's more hard to be in this state when you have to combat binge eating. Distracting the over-whelmed thoughts is a best solution along with professional advice from a Psychologist/Psychiatrist. Binge/purge cycle which is very dangerous to the body. When such person are worried, stress or upset they will hide large amount of foods and then later on they will eat it. Then after eating they will develop some guilt because of the food that they ingest, they will feel that they’ve committed a sin because of eating too much. It is good that you know the background of the disease and everything about it. You can achieve it by attending seminars, symposiums and also by joining supports groups. These support groups usually composed of parents of children with the same condition as yours. In these supports group you will learn things about bulimia from those individual that also experiences it, which is more convenient and realistic as well. Best wishes..

that is pure 100% bull-pucky!!!
bananas are pretty good for you, but like any food eating too much of one kind can have bad consequences. Eating too many bananas will in fact make you constipated because of their high starch content. The BMs become very dense and have a hard time passing through the intestine. Oopss.. is that too much information?? :-)

From a scientific standpoint, there are many othere checkpoint reactions in your body that would have to fail completely before this would happen. Excess potassium would cause water loss and you would more likely pass out from extreme dehydration, though it would be difficult since the fruit itself contains a considerable amount of water.
