It means nothing. It is a joint decision If she wants it in put it in and enjoy the ride. If not, then enjoy the ride and don't put it in. In either case you should be having fun.

everyone knows the first time sucks, he doesn't want you to be practice girl, lame! but the stupid moron is caring person, but the question is.....Is he caring enough to get experience with someone else and then do it with you the 'right' way? sick if you ask me. Its possible that this guy has respect for you and how you feel for this. He may be "saving" you for later, when you are ready. That possibility always exist. But then he maybe thinking of himself, not wanting to get you pregnant and be paying support, either way, hes trying keep it simple and definately NOT complicated. Now, if you two plan on being together for ever, then thats different, but id say hes trying to keep it simple and easy on you, so id say there was a measure of caring and watchfulness for you and your feelings. Well, it could mean that he is caring, or it could mean that he is scared or a virgin as well. I was pretty nervous my first time having sex...
Its also possible that he's uncertain about his sexuality or as a virgin is really unsure what to do... sex ed in this country is pretty poor after all.
Talk to him, ask him what's going through his head on the subject.
