Absolutely not. This company was making an effort to abide by federal laws. Of course their are people who say that it is discriminatory, but they are the same people who are breaking federal laws. Two months to find a solution to a S.S.N. problem is more than enough time. these people are illegal aliens and should be deported upon discovery.

NO, how could it possibly be discrimination if said workers are illegally here?? There are laws that state it IS a crime to hire and employ illegal aliens.
So no it's not discrimination it is called UPHOLDING the law or ABIDING by the LAW!!

I think if the company is hiring illegal workers the owner should be jailed and the company dissolved and take the profits and build that dam fence to shut up the conservatives. Corporations that knowingly hire illegal workers are economic terrorist.

They are ILLEGAL workers. I'm all for immigration as long as they do it LEGALLY. If you do something illegal, you can't make excuses and/or claim discrimination. It's just plain ILLEGAL and you suffer the consequences!!!
