Take a square of Velveeta Cheese and cut it up in small pieces and put it in a microwave bowl
add a half cup of milk and some juice from pickled jalapenos to the mix and heat it up a little at a time take it out and stir it each time to make it smooth...
If the sause isn't thin enough for you add small amounts of milk till it is....
If you like it really hot just cut up some of the jalapenos in it....
When the cheese is smooth and thin enough to dip your chips into it is done....

Ok this is really good. Cook up a few pounds of hamburger. Use 2 taco seasoning mixes.
Spread 2 bricks of cream cheese onto a platter. Splash some taco sauce on top of that. Layer your taco meat on top of that. Then sprinkle a bag of chedder cheese on top of that. Top with whatever you'd use on a taco...sour cream, olives, onions, scallions, tomatoes..whatever you like. Serve with tortilla chips or doritos.

okay, get a block of velveta cheese (ya know, the kind thats in a yellow box and is usually mushy) and get a jar of mild salsa, mix them together, and microwave, it turns out to be a great dip! and even adds a bit of spicy to it.
