EIN type power cable, adaptor or what?

If only a matter of damage, replace the male end with a new plug.

could patch it up,get an extension cord for a couple of dollars and some electrical tape.cut/trim insulation back, twist apropriate wires together make sure they insulated with tape, then tape around the lot.
