Just the opposite. Distilled water is made by boiling water, catching the steam, and cooling it back into water. Since things like salt, germs, etc., do not evaporate, they are left behind.

nothing is mixed distilled water is pure water that is made by heating water and the steam is condensed to purewater leaving impuritys behind
