This one's easy--Its Penseys Spices in Brookfield, WI. It is the best chocolate I've found (in powdered form). The only spices I use are from the above company. ( have no monetary interest in the company.). Try putting your choco in a blender after heated and adding a teensy bit of rum or brandy. Be sure to top with fresh whipped cream.

You know what is really good with hot chocolate? International Coffee's Mint Mocha Truffle Creamer. Just add some to your hot chocolate. It is delicious.

Ghiradelli and Godiva are my favorites. But, you can make any old hot chocolate tast better with those flavorings that coffee houses use. You can get them at most grocery stores now. My favorite is hazelnut.
