you guys have been dating for about 6 months, thats a good sign. but you dont want to rush into things by giving her a proposal ring, give her a promise ring. totaly different, but its kinda the same. You could give her a matching necklace too if you want.

Diamonds are suggestive of wedding bells. If that's not where you are headed you may not want to do that yet. Maybe a shopping spree for shoes or a vacation to Cozumel, Italy, or Greece with you.

I think that's a great choice!
You could also go the necklace & earring set route too...
that would be even better!
Depending on what you got of course!!!

I think anything that does not say cheap from the $1 store is ok. Also, the gift could be according to the stuff she likes like shoes, purses, and or make up things like that.

I don't know either of you but how about:
An Ipod.
A new cell phone. Paid of course.
Diamonds are always nice.
A big screen tv (so you can watch the game at her place, of course)
An engagement ring always does the trick.

Sounds good. One guy on here got his gf a heart with his birthstone on it to keep himself close to her heart! I thought that was very sweet!
