do all women come to a point in life where they want kids?

Lately every women Iv been in a relationship with wants kids. Im only 20 and I dont plan to have kids at all. Is this selfish of me?

Well, not every woman has that nagging maternal instinct. You are only 20. You will probably change your mind when you get older. You are wise to wait. I waited until I was 28 before I had a child. Some women never do want children. It all depends on the individual. No, it is not selfish, wise but not selfish.

Uh, no. It's not selfish. In my mind it's very selfish to have children, so, no, not every woman is a baby machine. My fiance will be getting a vesectomy soon. I'm very happy for him. I could never be with a man who wanted children. I'd dump him in a second. If my fiance wanted kids, I'd have to remain his friend, but our relationship would be off. Remember, if you're a man dating a breeder wannabe, wrap it up even if she says she's on the pill. You wouldn't believe how many of these fools try and trick men even husbans with an 'oops'. Be safe and don't get stuck with an unwanted crotch dropping! If you get married, make sure she doesn't want kids and get a vesectomy 'cause you can never trust a breeder.

Not at all. But you may change your mind at a later time, so keep your options open for the future. You are very young to make that a permanent decision.

My daughter is 21 and has never been on a date. She likes guys just fine, but figures that she wants her college degree and a stable financial base first... so she won't be dependent on a guy like I was. I'm glad she's waiting.

If you never want kids in your life, I will be surprised, but it is good that you recognize how you feel about it right now. Just make sure that if you marry, the guy is on board with you, or it will be a point of resentment later.

I'm 27 and pregnant for the first time. We got a lot of wierd reactions from about half of our friends. They have no interest in ever having kids. I also know plenty of young people who had no interest and decided later on they wanted a family. This happens to a lot of males as they get older, I think the need for a family often starts in women earlier than in men, but not always.

LoL most women want kids and a family. There are some women that dont and there isnt many like that unless they are too busy with work. Well I think one day you will want to have kids and when you find that right girl. Dont say you never b/c one day you might change your mind. Also babies are the most wonderfull gifts from god .

No, not all women. Obviously you have never and will never be in a realtionship with EVERY woman on this planet. No it is not selfish to not want children. Not everyone is cut out to be a parent (I wish some who were would have realized they weren't cut out for it!), however since you don't you will want to take EVERY precaution to make sure you DON'T father any children because just because you don't WANT them doesn't mean you don't have to pay child support for any you do father.

You are way too young to have kids anyway so no you are not selfish. I never want to have kids to tie me down. Trust me, there are plenty of women out there that do not want kids.

No it isn't selfish, a couple of my friends didn't want kids either and they never had them and they are happy with their decision. Not all women want children.

Not all women want children, but if you are in a relationship with a women that wants children apparently they think you would be a good father.

No you are young, you may later decide you want children but for now your it is your choice. Just make sure that if you get married you both understand & agree to children or none.
