First make sure whatever website you log into that it has approval of qualified experts such as physicians, Nurses, and accrediated mental health proffesionals.
I personally recomend looking into the latest editions of the JAMA magazines. JAMA stands for "The Journal of the American Medical Association." You can find this magazine at your local library or on line.
Be warned!!! Just as in the days of the wild west there were snake oil salesmen you have the modern versions of these kooks that are Doctor in title only. Their therapy may appear to be helpful but just keep in mind that even a broken clock is correct twice a day!
Ask your family physician or clergy member such as your Pastor, Priest, or Rabbi.
Suicidal tendencies is something that can not be addressed through the internet. The websites can be educational by informing family members signals to be aware of concerning suicide and its prevention. But absolutely no website takes the place of medical, physical, spiritual, and family help. This is an illness that must be confronted forcefully and directly. Always take anyone seriously if they make suicidal threats.

There are many different types of help out there. Hot lines you can call are what I suggest. Plus getting the person to a counselor as quickly as possible is important too.

Don't go there. Things will look different tomorrow. God is right there beside you because you are his child. Ask him for strength.
